Hot wire plating adopts zinc-free slag to add hot molten zinc and galvanizing, which avoids the traditional heating process, radiates 1653 hot molten zinc on surface 4102 of zinc liquid surface, and reduces the high temperature oxidation of zinc liquid surface. At the same time, the heating body is in contact with the zinc liquid, and the heat is directly transferred to the zinc liquid. The utilization rate of heat energy can reach more than 90%, and the heat radiation on the zinc liquid surface is reduced.

The production process of stainless steel blade barbed wire is basically similar to that of galvanized blade barbed wire, and the blade size is usually determined according to the mold.

The protective duration of galvanized iron wire is closely related to the thickness of galvanized iron wire. In general, zinc layer thickness needs to be very high in dry main gas and indoor applications, but in harsh environments. Therefore, in the selection of galvanized layer thickness, the impact of the environment should be considered. If galvanized iron wire products of different diameters are required, material selection and coating should be controlled reasonably.

Now the production of stainless steel blade barbed rope unless it is a specially customized model, under normal circumstances are the use of a knife length of 22mm mold production, that is, we usually say bto-22 type. It’s not necessarily the case that there are specifications from 11mm to 65mm. Unless the customer insists on customizing the required length, the barbed rope manufacturer produces bto-22 stainless steel blade barbed rope.
