  The JMC Baodian Pickup has earned its place as a living legend in China, with the first generation debuting in 2002. Today, the latest version of this iconic pickup truck has arrived on the market, continuing its legacy with a blend of rugged performance, modern design, and practical features.

  The 2023 JMC Baodian Pickup stands out with its refreshed exterior, aligning with the JMC Yuhu (Tiger) series design language. The bold front end features distinctive, blocky headlights, a prominent black grille adorned with a chrome JMC logo, and a rugged bumper that gives the vehicle a commanding presence. Complemented by wide wheel arches and a high road clearance of 200 mm, the Baodian maintains a robust and adventurous stance.

  Available in two versions, the Baodian offers flexibility to meet diverse needs. The standard version features a short wheelbase of 3085 mm and overall dimensions of 5301 x 1905 x 1782 mm, while the extended version comes with a longer wheelbase of 3350 mm and dimensions of 5656 x 1905 x 1782 mm. Despite a slight reduction in size due to design updates, the Baodian's carrying capacity remains impressive at up to 1,200 kilograms, making it well-suited for both work and recreational activities.

  Under the hood, the Baodian offers a choice of petrol or diesel engines, with an optional 4WD system for enhanced off-road capability. This versatility ensures that the Baodian is equipped to handle a variety of driving conditions and tasks.

  Inside, the 2023 Baodian maintains its practical and functional design, with a notable upgrade being the large touchscreen mounted on the center console. While the interior layout remains familiar, the new touch screen adds a modern touch to the driving experience.
